Scope of application:

This machine is suitable for removing ceramics filtered by more than 30 mesh screens Chemical engineering Ferromagnetic materials in pastes and glazes in electronics and other industries.

Performance characteristics:

1. High voltage resistance test of electromagnetic winding to the body: the bearing frequency is 50hz The AC test voltage is 2000V, and there is no breakdown after 1s No flashover

2. Insulation resistance of electromagnetic winding to machine body: ≤ 10m Ω in cold state

3. 25 # transformer oil is used as the insulating oil of electromagnetic winding Oil temperature rise ≤ 65 ℃

4. The iron suction mesh is made of stainless high conductivity magnetic material Magnetic property ≥ 15% of the exciting magnetic field strength

5. The contact parts between the machine body and powder are made of SUS304

6. A safe and reliable cooling system is adopted to bring the heat generated by the electromagnetic winding out of the machine to ensure the long-term operation of the machine
