Check whether the model and specifications of the product are the same as your order and whether the power supply is same as shown on the machine plaque (voltage ± 10). Prior to operate the separator, ensure all the components are fastened, no broken on the sieves, no damage on the machine body, electrical cables are connected properly, and the power supply is the conformed voltage and ground lead is in position. It is strictly prohibited to have the motor run with default phase and not allowed to knife switching on / off. The electrical cable comes out from motor should be kept 60mm for free movement. This is to ensure the cable won’t be torn off during vibration. Make sure the terminal box to be always fastened to machine base. This machine should keep a distance of at least 500mm with the surrounding objects and be installed levelly and steadily. The upper and lower eccentric arms angles are set at 45 °before delivery, if the using effect is not good, please adjust by referring to its working principle. Cut off the power when not in use. It is prohibited to rinse the motor when cleaning the machine to prevent electric shock. Keep the screen clean; use suitable detergent according to the filter material; meanwhile it is prohibited to crash the screen with sharp or hard objects to prevent damage. The motor eccentric arms angle must not exceed 75° to avoid centrifugal force damages the machine structure. The machine is suitable for continuously and steadily material feeding. Maximum distance from feeder to screen is 150mm. Alternatively, a buffer equipment to be considered to set up in between if the gap is bigger than 150mm. It will achieve the best effect when the screen can sieve the material feed timely. Warranty period of this machine is 1 year under conditions of normal use. Within the warranty period, if any abnormal sound is found during use, please stop to check the machine immediately, if it cannot be solved, please contact us timely (Do no demount the motor by yourself, or we shall not provide the warranty service). All maintenance costs incurred during the warranty period shall be assumed by us, excluding poor performance, faults, personal casualty, and property damages resulted due to incorrect use or violation of the operating requirements of the machine. |
