Notice of termination of sales agent
As Foshan Gaoming Fuxiang electromechanical equipment business department failed to fully perform the contract as agreed in the direct sales contract signed by both parties on January 1, 2016, our company will terminate the direct sales agency relationship with Foshan Gaoming Fuxiang electromechanical equipment business department (agent: xiahuikai) on July 28, 2016 after negotiation between both parties.
1. From July 28, 2016, Fuxiang electromechanical equipment business department of Gaoming District, Foshan City shall not continue to act as an agent for various products of Guanyu machinery.
2. in the future, the matters related to our company that Fuxiang electromechanical equipment business department of Gaoming District of Foshan City will do on its own and have nothing to do with our company;
